Matam on Park Lane

I was walking along with a friend in Hyde Park and noticed this familiar sound. It couldn't be? Nope, it was. Commemoration of the assassination of Imam Ali, on Park Lane. I'm not sure what the council thought it was approving, probably just a small religious ceremony. I love London.
